Solutions

The job, not the software.

Every solution below is one part of one crew, working inside one project workspace. Pick the problem that hurts; the rest of the crew comes with it.

Estimating & takeoff

Taylor takes the full bid package — drawings, specs, addenda, wage schedules, bid forms. She performs takeoffs, flags conflicts between sheets and specs, and prices labor, material and sub lines. Every line traces to a sheet or a spec section; missing information reads UNKNOWN, with the reason and who has it.

Output: an estimate with its logic attached.
Control: Taylor says UNKNOWN rather than guessing.

Subcontractor bidding & buyout

Taylor requests and compares sub and vendor pricing and levels each quote against her estimate, line by line. Requests for pricing go out only after you approve them. Sara tracks the deadlines and what is still open on each bid.

Output: a leveled bid table per trade.
Control: nothing goes to a sub without your approval.

Operations & approvals

Sara runs Today, the approvals queue and the Monday report. She supervises the other six agents, catches what falls between them, and marks every claim Verified or Reported — never blending the two. What reaches you is a short queue of real decisions.

Output: a Monday report and an approvals queue.
Control: she brings you only the decisions that need you. You sign. She doesn't.

Public work & prevailing wage

Wage schedules, addenda, bid forms and certified payroll documents handled by the book. Taylor matches the wage schedule to the county and prices to it line by line; Emma verifies payroll against it. Anything the crew was told but hasn't confirmed stays marked Reported until it's checked against the document itself.

Output: bid forms and payroll docs that pass review.
Control: every claim is checked against the document itself.

Google CalendarSara holds bid due dates, deadlines and quote promises against the week.
Google WorkspaceThe estimate, scope document and Monday report land as files you own.

FAQ

Asked on every call.

What does it cost? +
Every engagement starts with a Project Review — a real call about one real project. We return scope and one set price, in writing, for that project. Price moves only if scope moves. After the first project the crew stays on under a separate monthly arrangement covering hosting, monitoring and new projects. There is no price list because there is no standard project.
Does the AI send anything without me? +
No. Taylor drafts requests for sub pricing and questions to the architect; Sara drafts the Monday report. Every send sits in your approvals queue until you approve, edit or send it back. The crew drafts. You decide.
Who sees my drawings and my numbers? +
You, the people you name, and the crew working your project. Access is scoped per project — a company that engages us for one job does not open its whole Drive. We start with read access, and anything that leaves the workspace waits on your approval. Your files stay in your systems; nothing is moved or copied out to be trained on.
Do I have to move off Drive / Gmail / my folders? +
No. Keep your tools. The crew connects to Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Workspace and Notion with read access first, and works inside them. Nothing is migrated.
